All payments made for low-ticket workshops, webinars, or training sessions under ₹500 are non-refundable. These events involve instant access to preparatory materials, WhatsApp groups, or bonuses which cannot be revoked once granted.
Coaching or mentoring programs, digital downloads, templates, and other non-tangible services are non-refundable once purchased.

If there is a duplicate payment or technical issue, we will resolve it promptly—please email us at Digiocrafts@gmail.com within 3 working days of the transaction.
If you wish to reschedule a 1-on-1 coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session without a refund.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date or credit.
While we provide proven strategies and personal support, success depends on your implementation, commitment, and consistency. Therefore, we do not guarantee specific results and no refund will be given based on perceived lack of results.
